How to prepare Hr monthly report - XLS Download

Hi to all,
this is yugender reddy working as a hr in rrv infrastructure company. We have got new coal mines project, kindly send the details how to maintain driver and helper details in a professional manner as the attrition rate is very high. Most of the employees leave the organization without intimation. What actions we can take and what are the activities,forms and registrations we have to maintain............. If any one can send the details i will be very thankful to them............

Hi,
I need to prepare a report on my companies men and machine utilization for the previous month for a presentation. The company also supplies men and material to other companies on the basis of time sheet. I need to consolidate all these in excel to make a well prepared presentable report. For eg.. The company has 2 ongoing project of construction and the companies man power and machine work on that, in addition the company has supplied it's men and machine resource to a different company which works on the basis of time sheet, which mens for the man power resource, the company charges per day and for the machine power the charge is quoted per hour. I need to consolidate all this in a report. The factors should include, Men and material used for the ongoing projects,the resources which worl on the time sheet for the previous month. Thank you for the help in advance..

I am bit confused in formula of Attrition, so i am writing here 2 formulas of attrition,
Attrition Rate-
1. =((Left Employees*100)/(Opening Balance+New Joining)/100))
Attrition Rate-
2. =((Left Employees*100)/(Opening Balance+New Joining+Left employees+Closing Balance)/100))
Kindly check it and select one which is right

please open and check both formula.
and reply that which formula is right, first or second

can anyone tell me to exact formula of attrition.
also please check the formula in above attached excel sheet and revert ASAP.
