Hr rules- Joining new job without completing BOND period in old company

Mani_2677
Sir,
1 Month back my friend went for an interview and got his job. Three days ago he gave in his resignation letter. But in his present employer company he has a balance of 4 months in the BOND with the company. As such his HR personnel have rejected his resignation letter. He is now in depressions. He is a poor person and his new job is very important to him since it offers higher salary.
Please suggest what he should do.

Ask him to request or otherwise to give the one month salary(If anything in agreement) then relieve cos v can earn it from new job..................
The agreement is legal means we cant violate that. Otherwise it is void one no problem. its all based on the agreement format he only knows..............

Read terms and conditions of bond and follow accordingly. It is always good to be honest and fulfill commitment for better future.

Hi Mani,
As per the HR policy.....
If has signed the Bond, then he has to work till that period.
OR
He needs to pay Compensation to the Company for that 04 months
OR
If your friend has good relationship with the Manager/Boss/Director/Hr then ask him to explain his situation.
If they don't agree-
a.Ask for settlement of less compensation payable may be for 02 months
b.Ask for reduction in the working months again may be for 02 months
