I worked at a Pvt. Ltd. company from 10.06.2001 to 14.12.2011 in Kolkata. On 14.11.2011, I submitted my resignation letter through the proper channel to my M.D. with a 30-day notice period. Unfortunately, I have not received a copy of the resignation letter until now. After the 30-day notice period, i.e., on 13.12.2011, I stopped going to the office. However, I still have not received a copy of my resignation acknowledgment. In this situation, what should I do? If they have not acknowledged my resignation, how can I claim my full and final dues and withdraw my P.F.? Please advise me on the procedure.
