Starting My First SAP HR Project: How Do I Create an Effective Customization Questionnaire?

I am about to start my SAP HR project on 1st February. I have been asked to prepare a questionnaire for HR customizing. Since I am new to this, I am unsure how to proceed. Could anyone provide me with some resources on how to get started?

I received this project 1.5 years after my certification. I am eager to succeed in this, so I kindly ask all the seniors here for help.

Thank you, Twisha. I just want some sample questionnaires to proceed since my course was e-learning. I don't have any idea about real-time implementation to get started with the project. That's the reason I need some supporting help.
