I want to know If a employee join the Company and that too confirmed (not on probation period) will he/she be alegible for PL after completing 3 months?

Kindly let me know that if 26th Jan is holiday & if a employee take a leave on 27th & 28th Jan & 29th is Sunday. this case Sunday wil be concider leave or Holiday.

No it will consider as Holiday if employee is taking consecutively leave on Saturday and Monday. i.e 28th an 30th Jan 2012
So if he is rejoin his duty on Monday so it will not treat as leave.

If any employee has taken leave on 27th and 28th Jan and he will not coming on 30th Jan then Sunday on 29th Jan will consider leave. Please note that employee should present suffix and prefix on weekly off or any holiday.
