Hi, I have worked as an HR recruiter for one year, but I had to leave the job due to some problems. Now, there has been a gap of three years. Please suggest how to write my CV effectively so that I can get a job again.
You need to start somewhere, as the famous saying goes, "The very start itself is considered as half done." To begin with, make your CV in four parts as follows:
1. First Part: Your personal details
2. Second Part: Your qualifications
3. Third Part: Your experience
4. Fourth Part: Your achievements
Upload it in this forum, then you will see help pour in to refine it.
You can show the 3-year period in your resume by stating that you worked in a consultancy firm, an advocate firm, or had work-from-home jobs, etc.
