How Do These 'Train the Trainer' PPTs Help Improve Your Training Skills?

Please find attached a few PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) on 'Train the Trainer'.

The first PPT is extremely helpful as I have been developing my own TTT session. I am using Bob Pike's Book - Creative Training Techniques - as a foundation. Many of the principles or concepts in the first PPT appear to be based on that same material. For folks who want more, check it out.

Another great resource I am using is "The Winning Trainer" by Eitington.

Very much in line with ASTD TTT. However, the workbook and actual exercises will be useful.

Kindly share the TTT handout as well so I can refer to it with the PowerPoint presentation and have more learning.
