Exploring HR Research: What Are the Most Promising Topics for a Paper?

Hi members of Cite HR! I am about to start my research work in the HR area. Can you please suggest some names of areas where there is scope to write a paper?

The way to find a gap is to search the web and read recent articles in which authors suggest what further research needs to be done. Then select one that interests you, or you feel passionate about, and for which you have access to gather primary data.
