- HRA
- Conveyance allowance
- Children Educational allowance
- Meal coupon
- Attire allowance
- Books & Journals
- Medical reimbursement
- LTA
- PF (employer contribution)
In addition to this, components related to car maintenance, fuel, insurances, driver, mobile or the allowance towards mobile, health insurance coverage/policy, and reimbursements like TA/DA, business promotion, etc., are additional.
In some companies, a special allowance towards infrastructure/furnishings is provided.
