CTC Format For V.P., G.M.

please any one help me form a CTC format for Vice president and General Manager.

The following may be some of the components you can look for, the distribution may be as per your company policy:
Basic
HRA
Conveyance allowance
Children Educational allowance
Meal coupon
Attire allowance
Books & Journals
Medical re-imbursement
LTA
PF (employer contribution)
In addition to this the component related to Car / maintenance / fuel/ insurances / driver, the mobile or the allowance towards mobile, Health insurance coverage / policy, reimbursements like TA/DA, business promotion etc are additional
In some companies a special allowance towards the infrastructure / furnishings are provided.
