Hi Everyone,
Myself is Pragatha here, am doing my MBA final yr and am currently in a position to choose the HR project titles . I have gone through many websites regarding this.. Everything speaks abt
1) effectiveness of training
2) job satisfaction
3) employee morale
etc etc.. all these stuffs are already being done by our well developed
seniors..
Am thinking of doing something new in which am the pioneer, and hence i
need all ur views , suggesstions, abt selecting the title for my HR project.

Dear Pragatha,
The project that you do should be of benefit to both you and the BPO organisation that gives you the facility to undertake the project. Hence, discuss the aim and objectives with the mentor there and then get it approved by your tutor guide. Before you do that, please read some literature on the topic. Kindly see the thread where I have posted links to Research Methodology ppt slides.

S sir , currently am going through few literatures and finally going to frame the objectives.
After getting the approval from both my mentor and tutor i will be back again for the questionnaire in this platform.
