This thread is nearly five years old since it was last active. The principles mentioned in two of the presentations are very handy. It would be good to add the trainer's own competency, knowledge, and concern for the participants. Based on the above, anyone who prepares for their training session can create their checklist with emphasis on DOs and DON'Ts.
