This thread is nearly five years old since it has been last active.
The principles mentioned in two of the presentations are very handy.
It will be good to add trainer's own compentcy, knowledge and his concern for the participants.
Based on the above any one who prepares for his training session can make his own
check list with emphasis on DOs and DONTs.
