Basic Books Name On English To Improve Communication Skills

Dear Sir,
I want to ask that my English communication is not so good .So what should I do to improve it. if you have any book suggestion then plz reply?????

To improve communication skills in English requires a sound knowledge of grammar and lots of practice. You have to practice and speak more and more then you will have a good confidence level.
Moreover if you really want to learn join some good learning institution and take atleast 3 months training and after that just feel confident and speak in English ,it's only Practice that makes someone perfect"
