Factory name change - do we have to change the standing orders / license too?

1. Suggest me the procedure to change the name of existing company. If company name is changed do we have to change the standing orders too.
2. Should we have to surrender our licence & ask for new licence. or can we continue with the same licence & request for name change.

You not mentioned your co. PVT LTD / LTD co.
The following steps should be done for the same
1.You apply to Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Change of Name changed your co. name to GOVERNMENT OF INDIA - MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS Registrar of Companies @ your state. (It is base certificate to change of all your records)
2. Factory license original copy, list of directors (Triplicate), Form-2 along with court fee stamp, (Triplicate) Demand Draft Rs. 50 (apprx) for name change if directors changed the amount will be doubled.
3. Then you modify pollution control board, E.B, Telecommunication, sales tax, service tax, income tax & etc….

Please suggest process of name changing of factory license, now we having in- corporation certificate which we have already change the name. actually our company is Pvt Ltd but now has change from Pvt Ltd to Ltd.
