In any Hospital & diagnostic industry even though the customers are particular about the doctors and the reason visiting that particular hospital or diagnostic centre is basing on the service levels and the turn around time. The customers are now a days very particular about the service levels / correctness of the diagnosys & the reports there of hence the customers are differing with the doctors and they are choosing the hospitals and diagnostic centres basing on the service levels / correctness of the diagnosys & the reports hence it is better to work on the customer satisfaction basically some of the following may be very relevant and useful in your career.
