if an electrician wears rubber gloves, rubber soled shoes, cuts off the mains, uses a "Ground fault circuit interruptor" .... and so on ...
this is termed as an SOP.
Depending on case to case basis: some garment exporters may be having their own tailors, some may have computerised/ manual embroidery, there are several kinds of washing facilities with/ wo ETP, then people may/ may not have printing n dyeing facilities, greigh fabric stores etc...
visit one of the the factories area in your hometown, to have a real understanding of the same. until you spend a few days understanding the process, trust me 90% of exporters would not even be having flow charts forget process mapping/ sops etc...
