Garima is right, as, Recruitment is the process of attracting a pool of candidates towards a job.
whereas,
Selection is the process of choosing the best and most suitable person from that pool of candidates.
Moreover, selection is a two way process. For example, Its not that organizations select a candidates but candidates also select that organization in which they are going to work in future (either they will find themselves fit or not). Therefore, its a two way process!
