I am a HR consultant working for Vnvision Holistic Management Consulting. We are specialized in conducting training programs for corporates in the field of Soft Skills, Leadership and other development areas.
Recently, our company had plans to get into setting up an Assessment center. I have gone through few of the contributions made by Cite HR members and got clear idea about the theoretical part of it. But, still I am not clear with the following questions:
1. What is the approach / procedure in setting up an Assessment center?
2. What could be the estimated budget in doing so?
3. Does this require any persons with special background, knowledge or experience or simply unique competencies?
4. How many persons need to be involved in taking up the center ahead? or what could be the size of manpower responsible to run the show?
Kindly respond to the questions mentioned and guide me further.
