Should I Join HCL Comnet? Concerns About Salary, Subsidiary Status, and Night Shifts

Hello, I am an 8th-semester student of ECE Engineering. I got selected in the off-campus drive of HCL Comnet, but I am really confused about whether to join or not. There are several reasons for it:

1. They are not offering a good package, only ₹2.75 lakh per annum.
2. It's a subsidiary of HCL Technologies, and the concept of a subsidiary and its future is not very clear to me.
3. I have heard that there are too many night shifts in HCL Comnet, and being a girl, I am very worried about it.

Please help me in making this decision of whether to join or not.

If you do not feel comfortable with HCL Comnet, you can try applying to other companies as well. However, do not reject HCL Comnet outright. Instead, consider keeping HCL Comnet as an option.

HCL Comnet is a branch of HCL. HCL TECH is the branch for software development, and HCL Comnet can be seen as a supporting branch. However, HCL BPO is a separate branch specifically for the service sector.
