Hi,
I had been working with a hotel chain at the corporate office for almost 2 years as an Assistant Recruitment Manager. I have completed my graduation and I am looking forward to pursuing an MBA this year. The position I obtained was in recognition of my efforts, as I received three successive promotions and increments since joining.
The issue arose as part of the organizational restructuring where new personnel, including the Group Head of HR and the Head of Recruitment, were brought on board about 6 months ago. I reported to the Head of Recruitments. Unfortunately, I encountered significant differences with my boss regarding opinions and work approaches. Despite my attempts to resolve the issues, I found it impossible. Consequently, one day, I resigned as I sensed that I might be asked to leave. For the past 2 months, I have been seeking new opportunities, but I have not found the right fit yet.
Some individuals have suggested that I should consider reaching out to my previous employer to try to resolve the situation. Please advise me on how I should proceed and with whom I should communicate - the MD, Group Head, or my last boss.
Kindly provide me with an appropriate solution. You can reach me at [ashutosh.splash@gmail.com](mailto:ashutosh.splash@gmail.com).
Thank you.
