Hi,

I had been working with a Hotel Chain with the Corporate office for almost 2 yrs as Assistant Recruitment Mgr.I had done graduation & I am looking forward for MBA this yr.The position I had got was in recognition of my efforts as I had got three successive promotions & increments since joining.
the problem is that as a part of restructuring of Organisation new persons were taken onboard which included Grp Head-HR & head of Recruitments these people who joined around 6 months back.my reporting was with Head-Recruitments.The problem was that I got serious differences with my Boss on the opinion as well as on working side.I tried to sort it but was unable to do.Hence one day I resigned as I was getting insight that may be I may be asked to leave.Now for past 2 months I am looking for options for me but not getting the right opportunity.

Some people suggested that I shd try to reapproach the previous employer & shd get things sorted out.Plz help me with the suggestion as to how I shd proceed & with whom to proceed???Option is the MD,Group Head,Last boss.
