Stuck in a Low-Paying Contract with a Fake Bond Signature: Can I Leave for a Better Job?

jakedavid007
Hi guys, I have joined one of the big MNCs in India on a contract basis. My parental organization has demanded a bond, and to get the job, I signed it. However, the surety bond signatures that I put were fake (just as a precaution). From the day I joined until a month later, I haven't received any project and have been sitting at home. They haven't provided me with any training. So, will there be any problem if I try to break the bond? Actually, my salary was very low, and what the MNC was paying was good, but the parental organization was taking a significant portion of the money and giving us very little. Please help me with this, guys. Now, I have got a good job offer, and I want to leave this one behind.

Thank you.

Hi, refer to your bond conditions clearly; there might be some clause that can help you in breaking the bond.

Concerns About Bond and Probation Period

Please answer something helpful. If I knew about these clauses, why would I post this here? The only thing they have stressed in the bond is about money and the probation period. I don't think the probation period matters at all, as I haven't been assigned any project yet. The only thing that concerns me is money. Will there be any case initiated from their side, or should I file a case against them?

Anyway, I am going abroad next month, and I have informed the company that I have jaundice and won't be able to work for a minimum of two months. So, I am beginning to part ways with them.
