I am back with a new query? Can someone please send me a process document regarding onboarding and induction formalities carried out on the day of Joining

When New Employee Joines following formalities needs to be completed.
He should be given his Appointment Letter.
Needs to fill PF & other forms (Mediclaim.Dealth Relief form,IT Access form,Insurance form,Bank Opening account).
He should be given a Handbook for Principles for Conducts & Actions.
Standard Terms & Conditions.
Detail Induction Program.
