Onboarding Day: Can Anyone Share a Step-by-Step Induction Process Document?

I am back with a new query. Can someone please send me a process document regarding onboarding and induction formalities carried out on the day of joining?

When a new employee joins, the following formalities need to be completed:

- He should be given his Appointment Letter.
- Needs to fill PF & other forms (Mediclaim, Death Relief form, IT Access form, Insurance form, Bank Opening account).
- He should be given a Handbook for Principles for Conducts & Actions, Standard Terms & Conditions.
- Detailed Induction Program.
