Which Job Portal Is Best ????????

Dear Friends,
I am going to start a new Consultancy business. I would like to know which portal is best.
One of my CitHR friend(Peeya) has posted the same question..I am starting the Poll on the same topic.

Well the choice of the jos site depends on the targetted client.
Naukri - Manufacturing Industry
Times job - IT
Monster - IT & BPOs

Dear Karthik,
If you want to start a consultancy firm, its always better to go for atleast 2 job portals. Let me classify the job portals based on my experience.
1. Monster.com - good, premium, best for niche jobs, even mfg. sector also it covers best, good IT , BPO profiles.
2Naukri.com - good, next to Monster( pricing),good for start up companies, growing companies, difficult to find profiles for niche jobs,
To an extent good coverage of profiles in IT, BPO sector.
3. Times Jobs - average, less price, dont get exited with unlimited job postings, To an extent good coverage in IT, BPO sector.
This is purely based on my experience. Dont know whether things have change with time.

Monster is very good portal for IT requirements
You will get good resumes from Jobsahead also,But you cant download word formate directly from portal
