Is an M.P.M Degree Enough to Register as a Labour Welfare Officer in Maharashtra?

Hello everybody, is M.P.M a valid degree for registration as a Labour Welfare Officer? I am from Maharashtra (Ahmednagar).

Eligibility for Welfare Officer Position

If the MPM degree is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), then you are eligible to become a Welfare Officer as per Section 49 of the Factories Act in Maharashtra.
