How Would You Title a Study on Improving Our Company's Compensation and Benefits?

Hi! I would like to conduct research or a study on our company's Compensation and Benefits. Can you suggest a suitable title for the study related to this topic? Thank you very much! 

Understanding Compensation Attitude

Wait, what I mean by Compensation Attitude is how employees perceive the pay they receive from the company—whether they feel unsatisfied, believe they're getting just enough, or are satisfied because of the high pay/salary. I wanted to find out whether their perceptions or attitudes (given the compensation they receive) influence their decision to stay in the company (Organizational Commitment).

This data, minus the employee perceptions, can be obtained from any of the annual compensation surveys like Hay/Mercer. If you want to validate, exit interview results will be good checkpoints.
