KRA's And Objectives For Employees

i am a HR from an IT consulting firm and i want to prepare the job responibilities, KRA's and objectives for an employee depending on their division, like, for domestic recruiters, international recruiters, HR - opeations, channel Sales Team, Business Development team and Research & development ream.
