It is the process of certain organizations to conduct a medical test. They will be tied up with some hospitals for taking the test. They will undergo majorly MRI scans, blood tests, urine/motion culture, ECG, etc. If the person clears all the tests, they certify the person as medically fit for work. When a medical examination is done, each tissue has its own radio waves in an MRI scan. So, if there are any changes in the radio wave signals, they will examine the problem. (I am not a doctor, but I have studied the process and how it works.)
Certain examples include ear implants, implantable cardioverter defibrillators or pacemakers, or if the person has any metal in their body such as surgical clips. They also determine whether the person has undergone surgery in the past. This is how they find the medical history. Only when a person does not pass the medical test will they not be appointed by the company.
