Checklist Under Factories Act - Xls Download

Hi All,
I understand that Occupiers and Managers are responsible to maintain certain facilities and benefits in the factory.
Can anybody share the checklist where i could find returns to be filed under factories act, notices to be given to inspectors etc.

you need information for which state...there are some changes in states wise

please refer the factories rules (state wise) applicable to your factory, where the details of forms and notices are available starting from the end page of the factories rules.
