Confused About EPFO E-Filing? How Do Employers Submit PF Returns Online?

EPFO E-Filing of PF Returns

I read that EPFO has introduced e-filing of the PF monthly and yearly returns such as Form 5, Form 10, and Form 12A. Can anyone let me know how to submit these returns? Is there a website available where the employer needs to log in and submit the returns? Please help me.

Please open the EPF website. There is a tool for e-return available. Download it and follow the instructions to run it.

If you have downloaded the tools, you need to enter data every month in the software. After completing a year, the data should be saved on a CD and filed as a hard copy. The CD should then be submitted to the P.F. office.

Hi, I am also using this tool, and it is working fine. However, I have encountered a problem with generating the annual return, i.e., 3a/6a. The 6a generation works well, but the issue lies with the 3a generation. It generates in .txt format, which is unreadable. The software is enhanced with some Crystal Report, including Crystal Report for all kinds of EPF returns, including 3a. However, the 3a report seems to be corrupt, making it unreadable even within the software. Therefore, I would like you, my friends, to review and generate the 3a/6a reports to confirm whether the issue lies with the tool or if it's specific to my EPF e-return tool.

Kindly help me to generate 6A. I am also using the e-return tool, and when I click on 3A/6A, it only generates 3A. How can I generate 6A? Kindly help me out.
