I am Ruchika a new member to the group. I am associated with an Education Consultant. Recently we have been incorporated as an Indian Company(Pvt ltd). Can I get some help on PF & ESI registration and the procedure for calculation & depositing the employer's contribution.
Please advise me on the matters.

Please find the EPF, ESI registration proforma. There are other Labour Laws to be statutorily complied with depending upon the staff strength, No. of Branches/Locations etc.
