Very good information shared. Many times, ergonomics is considered for office layouts, chairs, etc. However, it is applicable in workshops and necessary to have ergonomically designed workplaces. Very well covered in the attachments uploaded by you.

It's true that the term ergonomics is not familiar to everyone, regardless of the sector in which you might be working. However, the fact remains that everyone is concerned about what the correct working posture should be. I am also working on the same topic.
