I want to do research on "ergonomics and its impact on job satisfaction"
plz help me get some data in this regard

Very good information shared. Many times Ergonomics is considered for offices layouts chairs etc.
However it is applicable in the work shops and necessary to have Ergonomically Designed work places.

Kudos. It's great thing happened to some of our members. Infact many wouldn't know what's all about Ergonomics. As a person associated with Industrial Diseases for many years I know personally the importance of the Ergonomics in work places. I believe major causes for some of the industrial sickness in workmen are related to Ergonomics. Hopefully many of our members may contribute to this subject in due course. Let me also add a few in the days to come.

its true the term ergonomics is not that familiar term for all. it can any sector u might be working.
But the fact is everybody has concern that what is the right posture of working.
