I am a new member in this group. I am doing a survey on Employee referral Schemes adopted by different IT companies. Please help me out with relevant data. My queries are:

* Kind of Employee referral scheme that is being adopted by IT Companies.
* Bonus availed by the referral vis-a-vis experience level.
* Percentage of hit rates from referral scheme monthly/annually.
* Additional benefit if there are more than 2 joiners from his/her end?
* Ex-employee referral bonus.
