Doubt In Excel

I have facing problem when prepare salary sheet in excel. I also enclosed salary statement format, please clarify my doubt

Hi Dear
First of all explain what exactly u want to do???
If you wann to make the list in Assending or Dessending Order Then USE Sort command in DATA Menu..
AND
If you wannt to Filter only the Data you need the USE Filter comand in DATA Menu.
