Reply To Introduction Note

In Our organisation a HR Manager is newly joined .He has sent an Introduction Note containing his qualification and professional details to all employees .I wish to reply to his introduction note .What should I reply in professional way and can make good relations with him as I am working in IT Department having 10 years of exp in same organisation.

Your tone and tenor may depend at what levels both are placed in your co. May be if it is personal note you may use your imagination, but demi-official a formal reciprocal, sentimental language would do.
However it is better for you to have a friend (in need in deed) in HR at any time and at any level. The rapport you develop with them will certainly help you in needs. Good words always returns good deeds.
