Employee Gross Salary Rs.10000/- per month above. It is correct? if any updates please give the exact Gross Salary.

There is no limit for taking mediclaim policy. it is depend upon the Company willingness. But most of the company will take mediclaim policy for those who are not covered under ESI Act. (Wage celling is 15,000.). This is for your information

Dear Arun & other Friends....
Pl also note that taking mediclaim policy is not Statutory welfare. It is basically an additional welfare provided by the company for betterment of their employees.
If your company is not covered under ESI Act (due to non-coverage area or employees are crossed wage celling of Rs 15000), it is not correct method to take a mediclaim policy as an alternative. We have to go for Employees compensation Act ( formally WC Act)
