My name is Pandian A. I worked at GEPL CAPITAL PVT LTD from January 2008 to March 2014, for more than six years. They settled my EPF amount, but I am yet to receive my December 2013 salary, conveyance, and gratuity amount up to date. Kindly assist me in obtaining my earnings promptly.

I contacted HR in April 2014, and they confirmed my gratuity amount as 41,000 Rs. However, I have not received any further response since then. As the Head Office is located in Mumbai, I am unable to follow up continuously.

The company is a brokerage concern, and they mentioned some AMC debit and client debit issues at the branch. I have already addressed and helped in the recovery process, but the company has not settled my dues.
