No Amendment is enacted in Parliament so far. Let us not get confused.
I am not finding any attachments. Even if it is so , please note it is only proposal for which suggestions from Industriess & I.R. experts has been called for. May be compilation of these suggestions might be going on. After all formalities are completed, then only it will be put forth for Parliament approval and later gazetting the same.
As of today (5th Jan 2012) no Amendment to Factories aAct 1948.
While we are looking at Factories Act 1948, please also look for "RESPECTIVE STATE FACTORY RULES" tuned with Factories Act 1948 & subsequent amendments.
Any Inspectorate of Factories issue letters or notices to Factories in their States based on "concerned State Factory Rules". Hence please refer the State Rules along with Factories Act 1948.

goodevening sir,
Could somebody tell me ,if an employee went on unauthorized leave or without information ,then how many days after HR will be taken action against him, and plz let me know what is its procedure for issuing the warning letter.
