Dear Sir,
This letter has reference to the 2 months salary arrears being payable to our Junior Accountant, Mr. xxxxxx, who is on deputation to my branch for the past 3 months. In the second month of deputation he had his salary incremented to Rs. 10000 from Rs. 7000. The two month's arrears comes to Rs. 6000. Hence I kindly request you to approve the release of the arrears along with his this month's salary.

Thank you for your reply and i have doubt about, how to separate amount for basic, HRA, CEA, Conveyance, medical allowance, speacial allowance, Is there any percentage for that.
