How Can I Request a Ticket to Hyderabad and Adjust My Salary for the Extra Cost?

Dear all, I am working in Saudi Arabia. My point of origin mentioned in my contract is Mumbai, but I want to go to Hyderabad. How do I write a letter to request the purchase of an air ticket to Hyderabad and the deduction of the additional amount from my salary? Kindly also provide me with a sample request letter to change my point of origin to my HR.

Dear Sir,

I am currently working as <position>, with our client <XXXX> at Location (XXXX). I am actually from Hyderabad, India, as it can be noted from my Passport Copy (Attach PP). However, it seems due to oversight, my point of origin has been mentioned as "Mumbai" on my contract. I request you to please change the same to facilitate the booking of my yearly vacation ticket to my hometown in Hyderabad.

Further, since I am now due for my vacation, I request your administration to issue me the ticket to the Hyderabad sector, and the company can deduct the difference in amount vis-à-vis for the ticket to Mumbai from my salary.

Hoping my request will be accepted and oblige.
