Time Management: A Key to Reducing Stress

Time management is one of the necessary factors while working in an industry. Most things become urgent because we do not pay attention to them when they are important. If we try to develop a habit of working on important tasks, the percentage of developing urgencies would automatically decrease. Ultimately, this will reduce mental stress too.

Thank you for the presentation. As rightly said, time management is a serious issue, which is a great concern. I'm sorry to say that in India, our Indian mentality is not up to the mark unless they are enforced. This we can see everywhere.

One big discomfort with the presentation is it's too long and requires a lot of patience (which is missing for me now) to go through each and every slide. But when I had a glance, I felt very happy to have this presentation. I will cut it short as much as possible and will try to implement it at our site too.
