My friend was in call centre for almost 6yrs, she hardly got any increment in these 6yrs even she got promoted as trainer, as she having salary issue she discussed with his manegar but no response so she given spot resign and she got the good job with higher salary package as it is already informed to his reporting manager he dumped him and complaint to Hr that she is looking job somewhere, anyhow she given spot resign Vp and Hr told they ll not take spot resign she can go absconding also she ll not get any pay from that company, she left her 1month salary as her previous month salary comes on 23rd,now as I want to help her wanted to know is she is eligible for her gratutity, pls help
