Effective Strategies for Managing Employee Attendance and HR Assistance

Dear All,

I am new to this website. I joined a company as an HR Assistant, and this is my first job, so I don't have any experience :p. I am seeking help. I have prepared an Attendance tracker, and it is accessible only by senior managers. I want them to be updated every day for their team members. I need to write an email to them but am not finding the right words. Can someone help me?

You can write the email as follows:

"To all Senior Managers / Heads of the Departments,

In consideration of the necessity for maintaining the proper track of attendance of all the employees, the HR department has initiated a step in this regard and prepared an Attendance Tracker (system / file) which is available at... and will only be accessible to all the senior managers / HoDs. This attendance tracker will be updated regularly by the HR department.

You all are, therefore, requested to please have a look / review the Attendance Tracker for tracking the attendance of your subordinates on a daily basis. If any clarification / deficiency is observed in the system, kindly revert to the HR department for its remedies.

With Regards,"

Salary cut may be the best option, but first, if there is a pattern of arriving late every day, you must have the flexibility for tardiness. These decisions are all situational.
