Subjective Questions In HRM

can anybody post subjective Q & A for HRM as it will be useful for competitive exams? Objectives are available in plenty but not subjective. please do the needful.

I guess you didnt understand the reply. First of all you need to post the message with details like which institution & city, you are pursuing your course and in which HRM Subjects. Is it an MBA or is it a PG or a Diploma course that you are pursuing. Maybe after knowing these details, the forum members can help you. Without the specific details, members won't respond for sure. I have already done HR diploma course ie PGDBA from Welingkar's Institute of Management. But i was helped only with objective questions and not with subjective. I am not still working in HR and keenly looking for the same.
In order to gain more knowledge in terms of writing answers and things like that i wanted help in subjectives. Basically, if anybody has done regular course in HR, can help me on this. It is not any particular subject becoz, i haven't done any specialized course in HR. In our subject we covered personnel, wages and salaries, labor laws, HRIS, T & D etc... I am still to do a specialization depending on market demand and of course job.
