I need to understand that whether hiring Private security services for organisations is better or keeping security personnel on rolls is better.Do the agencies providing security services render satisfactory services?Do the private security services agencies meet the security and safety norms expected at the implementation level?
Is there any such software/technical tool that provides the control, monitoring and reporting of day-today operations of manual security?Is there any system available for providing immediate(real time) information for taking corrective measures in case of security failures/lapses/accidents?, especially when premises is manned by outsourced agencies.

HI seniors
can any one guide me , ours is a ITES company , we have 24/7 work, we have 8 hours shift but people used to come by late , some time taking leave without any information/apporoval , how to avoid, penalization will affect the work, what could the other methods to stop this late coming plz give your suggestiions
