If your Basic plus DA is less than Rs. 21000 pm you are eligible for payment of bonus for 2016-17 & for 2017-18.
The due date for bonus for 2016-17 was 30.11.2017 and for 2017-18 it is 30.11.2018.
I advise you to send a letter to your employer by Regd AD stating that you are eligible for bonus for 2016-17 and request for it. You also mention in this letter that if no bonus is paid to you in stipulated time, as paid to other employees, you will have no other option but to make a complaint to Labour Commissioner.
If your company doesn't pay you bonus in stipulated time, you are advised to write to Labour Commissioner of your company's jurisdiction.
