Format of appointment letters for contract employees? Is the contract appointment given on letter heads?

Hi friends,
I need appointment letter for contract employees working as housekeeper in govt organization.
I need it in Kannada lanaguage. Kindly provoid the document.

In my opinion, it should not be given on Principal Employer Letter Head. Better to give on contractor's letter head
