Please help me with an attrition report format and procedure that I have to prepare for my organization. I searched through the Cite HR website but could only find outdated formats. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the formula for calculating Attrition:
((Employees left * 100) / (Opening balance + Employees Joined)) / 100.
