Training Samples Needed

Hi All,
Im doing a presentation on Training and Development, and im in need of samples on what methods/styles of training are being adopted/used/followed in organisations. It would be helpful if you could mention your company's name and describe the training process/ method used.

Im doing this presentation for my collegues! Just a presentation on how to train! I've got the subject covered! except for these samples alone! my higher authority feels it would be nice if we quote sample studies to let the essence reach better!

Could you please elaborate the programme objectives and the purpose of this training so that it is easy to understand and to further assist.

A training on How To Train requires the trainers understanding of the fact that most retention happens through task based learning. Depending on the kind of content you have, you might need to sit and plan the tasks or activities that would create effective learning.

I believe you are venturing into Train the trainer domain.Get a specialist for it as it is a detailed science of adult education and can not be delivered by any novice.
