Letter Format - Approval Letter Format

Can anyone provide the letter's format of Approval , ( NFA ) Note for Approval and daily communication letters on word format.

supply me hr format in use. sir, i am working in hr deptt. daily i have to use different kind of format issuing offer letter, joining letter of new comers. i request you to kindly provide me some useful letter formats in hr use.

sir, i was worked with ONGC last 14 years and 7 months. Till date company not settle my gratuity perks. Please advise me what to do?

Dear Harish,
First of all you have to meet with your HR Head,
In case he has refuse your request. then in that case you have to submit your concen to your labour inspector with copy of Appointment letter & REsignation letter.

Sir, I met so many times to HR Head as well as my Head of the Institute. As per ONGC, HR Policy, those employees who have completed 5 years contineous service in ONGC, he will be entitled for gratuity. But in my case I have already completed 14 years and 7 months service in ONGC. Management has settled my PF dues & PRBS (Post Retirement Benefit Scheme). But till date they didn't settle my Composite Social Security Scheme and Gratuity Perks. So kindly give me some valuable guidance in respect of HR.
