On-Site Employee Agreement: What Essential Clauses Should We Include for 3-Month Deployments?

Hi all, we need an on-site employee agreement to be prepared, which will definitely include clauses on the following:

1) Non-sharing of remunerations with anyone on the employee premises, including the client or their representative.

2) Leave approvals to be taken from the client and also from us.

Please prepare a draft, and we will need this to be signed by the employees.

Can anybody share points/forms that we need to get our employees to sign before they are deployed onsite for 3 months or more? It would be great if you could help me with this. Looking forward to your help. Please share with me.

Yes, since he is also signing the same agreement, his name has to be mentioned. From the employer's side, he is the authorized signatory of the company.

We are also looking for offsite employees who work at client locations.
