How Should I Handle My Corrupt Director Who Threatens Me for Speaking Up?

Hi all, please help me as I am in a very bad situation. I have been working in a private company since 2010 in a managerial role, and my director is a very corrupt person. He illegally earns $60,000 per month from a project, but I am the only one who knows about this issue. I cannot do or discuss anything with him. If I say something, he threatens me in a very bad manner. Please advise me on what to do in this regard.

The only way you have is to find a way to discuss this issue with the Board of Directors informally, ensuring that no one knows you informed them. You could write a letter without mentioning your name to inform them about this case. If you think that your manager knowing about it would endanger your life, then proceed with caution. However, it's not an ideal method and could be considered a blackmail process. Make sure to attach all the details and proof for this case, and ensure that no one knows you leaked these documents and issues. You know better about the location and country culture. 
